General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

General Terms and Conditions for Solar Advisor Switzerland

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the use of the website solaradvisor.ch as well as all services offered on it, in particular the solar subsidy calculator and the mediation of inquiries (leads) to specialist companies.

2. Services & Subject of the Contract

Solar Advisor Switzerland (EmirTech) provides information on solar technology, subsidies and a free online calculator. We are not an installation company, but an independent information and mediation service.

3. Solar Calculator & Estimated Values

All results of the solar calculator (subsidy amounts, yield forecasts, payback periods) are non-binding estimates. They are based on geodata from swisstopo and official Pronovo tariffs at the time of calculation.

Only the official decision of the funding agency (e.g. Pronovo AG) is legally binding. Solar Advisor assumes no liability for the actual payment or the amount of the subsidies.

4. Mediation to Partners

By submitting an inquiry, you agree that we may forward your data to a maximum of three (3) qualified Swiss specialist companies. A contract for the installation of a solar system is concluded exclusively between you and the respective specialist company.

We are not liable for breaches of duty or damage arising from the contractual relationship between the user and the mediated partner company.

5. User Obligations

The user undertakes to provide truthful information. The use of the website for automated queries (scraping) or abusive purposes is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer

We are only liable for damage resulting from the use of the website in cases of intent or gross negligence. We assume no liability for the constant availability of the website or technical disturbances.

7. Copyright

All content, texts and the design of the website are protected by copyright (© EmirTech). Commercial use or reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

8. Final Provisions & Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Biel/Bienne, Switzerland.

Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
